Accounts Receivable Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Accounts Receivable Associate to take full ownership of assigned portfolios and provide essential support to our dynamic accounting department. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and resolving outstanding balances, reconciling complex accounts, and ensuring seamless financial operations. salary: $49,000 - $55,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Contacting customers to confirm payments, arrange payment plans, and resolve disputes
• Coordinating with branch managers and sales representatives regarding project details, owner notices, lien waivers, and potential lien filings

• Verifying credit information and setting up new customer accounts and job files

• Posting payments

• strong background in credit and collections, with FL/GA lien law

• Working knowledge of FL/GA lien laws is required. Your resume will not be considered if not listed.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-focused while maintaining firm collection strategies
