Ideal Qualifications Include:

· A bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.

· A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction supervision or management, with a track record of completing projects valued at over $25 million.

· Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and relevant regulations and quality standards.

· Proficiency in construction management software, complemented by strong organizational and project management skills.

· The ability to maintain a strategic perspective while managing intricate project details and resolving conflicts efficiently.
