As a Talent Performance Coaching Specialist Senior within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL or Downers Grove, IL.
This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint.

**Job Description**
+ Administers an organization's employee relations programs and ensures they are in line with goals and strategies.
+ Designing and implementing human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations.
+ Providing support, in line with organizational policies and labor law legislation, to employee relations managers on dealing with relevant issues.
+ Researching and analyzing data pertaining to human resources and recommending program goals in all areas of employee relations.
+ Maintaining open communication between management and employees and advising on resolutions for employee relations.

**Pay Transparency**
Base Salary: $55,000.00 - $127,400.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
