What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors drivers and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures credential checks and visitor processing at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify authorization for people and/or vehicles and document arrivals departures deliveries and other security-related activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts supervisors and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility gate areas trailer yards and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions.
• Support truck gate and dock operations by helping to manage traffic flow checking shipping and/or receiving paperwork when required and following post instructions for restricted areas and key control.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
