‍⚕️ Position Overview: RN Unit Manager

As a Unit Manager, you’ll oversee daily clinical operations on your unit—ensuring high-quality care, compliance, and strong team performance.

You’ll lead by example, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive the best possible care in a team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage nursing staff on assigned unit
2. Ensure quality of care and regulatory compliance
3. Conduct rounds and monitor resident conditions
4. Review and audit documentation for accuracy and completeness
5. Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team
6. Support staffing, training, and team development
7. Address concerns from residents, families, and staff

Qualifications

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
2. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
3. Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations
4. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
5. Compassionate, resident-centered mindset
