- Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and exclusions.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.

- Familiarity with insurance products and services.
