Job Title: Machine Operator (Bilingual – Spanish Preferred)
Location: Leeds, AL
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to support production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring machines, inspecting finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines during assigned shift
- Inspect products coming out of the machine to ensure there are no defects
- Remove and report any defective products according to company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
- Assist with other production tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
