Job Overview:

As a Rooms Concierge , you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression for our guests. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience, offer personalized assistance, and provide valuable information to enhance each guest's stay. Your warm hospitality and proactive service will contribute to an elevated and memorable experience at our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Engagement: Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, anticipating their needs and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process.
• Front Desk Support: Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the Property Management System (PMS) and hotel software.
• Information Resource: Provide clear directions and insights about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events.
• Problem Resolution: Identify potential guest concerns and resolve them efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
• Hotel Knowledge: Stay informed about room layouts, amenities, special promotions, and upcoming events to assist guests effectively.
• Transportation & Reservations: Arrange transportation, manage billing, and secure dining reservations for a seamless guest experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional level of service.
• Professionalism & Courtesy: Maintain a polished, professional demeanor while interacting with guests, associates, and vendors.
