Compensation:$125,700 - $297,500 yearly
Responsibilities:- Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, nurturing each with care and attention.
- Stay informed about the latest market trends to provide clients with expert advice and insights.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and strategies for mutual success.
- Utilize cutting-edge marketing tools to enhance your visibility and attract potential clients.
- Coordinate with administrative staff to streamline processes and focus on client interactions.
- Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
- Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Commission-based position.
