About the Role:

We're seeking a Food Service Aide who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Food Service Aide, you'll be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving meals and snacks to patients and staff
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area and kitchen
• Handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Working collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food service
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
