Data Entry
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across multiple systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. This role is critical to supporting business operations and delivering high-quality information for decision-making.
Requirements
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and CRM systems
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents for accuracy and completeness
- Perform regular data quality checks and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy retrieval
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection policies
