Recruitment Marketing Strategy Consultant
POSITION PURPOSE
The Recruitment Marketing Strategy Consultant plays a key role in driving talent attraction efforts across Encompass Health's national hospital network. This position develops and executes strategic marketing and media plans to elevate our employer brand and attract qualified candidates to both clinical and non-clinical roles withing a defined region of hospitals. Working closely with our Director of Talent Marketing & Attraction, this role manages targeted campaigns, partners with external agencies, and ensures consistent, on-brand messaging that builds awareness of Encompass Health as an employer of choice.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives for hospital-specific campaigns - from planning through performance tracking.
- Partner with agency teams to launch and optimize digital media campaigns that drive candidate engagement.
- Provide strategic guidance to improve campaign efficiency, creative execution, and turnaround time.
- Post jobs for assigned hospitals to ensure accuracy in job postings.
- Manage ads running for assigned hospitals and provide performance data on campaigns, recommend renewal options and work with hospitals to ensure candidate flow.
- Manage programmatic job board performance for assigned hospitals.
- Be the subject matter expert for assigned hospitals on recruitment marketing.
- Champion our employer brand across all channels, ensuring messaging aligns with Encompass Health's voice and visual standards.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition partners to provide marketing support and best practices that enhance candidate attraction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising or related field required.
- 2-3 years' experience in talent marketing and employer branding
- Experience in talent acquisition platforms (CRM and ATS) preferred.
- Experience in working with marketing agencies and/or platform vendors preferred.
