As a growing agency, were looking for a motivated and results-oriented New Business Acquisition Specialist to join our fully remote team and help expand our client base through proactive engagement and consultative selling. - Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
- Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.
- Ability to provide customer service AND new business acquisition.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
- Previous experience in marketing, outreach, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses (State Farm provides support for licensing).
- Salary listed does NOT include bonus or commission.
- Commission is UNCAPPED , providing unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
