Intake Coordinator
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Screen phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party, while maintaining polite and professional communication
- Greet and assist visitors promptly
- Process the mail and distribute
- Email birthday wishes and anniversaries
- Schedule employee birthday/anniversary cards
- Assist Management and Operations Coordinator with internal database reports etc.
- Help with processing employee/client gifts
- Arrive early to work to prep the front office and lobby, make coffee etc.
- Help prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules for staff meetings
- Perform candidate drug screens, breath alcohol tests and set candidates up for web training for safety orientations
- Arrange interviews with recruiters and candidates by coordinating schedules
- Check new hire paperwork with candidates and assist candidates with new hire paperwork
- Assist HR department
- Schedule interviews for Recruiters
- Send out weekly payroll reminder emails to all clients, including making sure that all timesheets are verified and sent to Genesis payroll department for our Industrial team/Work closely with payroll department to ensure all timesheets are turned in on time; all new hire paperwork is turned in to Genesis HR week prior to employees first paycheck for the Industrial team
