Build strong relationships with residents while working in a supportive, team-oriented setting.
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on care and support to residents overnight
- Assist with activities of daily living and comfort needs
- Monitor residents and report any changes in condition
- Work closely with nursing staff to ensure quality care
- Maintain a safe, calm, and respectful environment
What We’re Looking For
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Alabama
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and compassionate
