Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Madison, Alabama
Duration: Leave contract (temporary assignment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for middle school students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to address students communication needs
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations regarding speech-language services

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in middle school settings
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders and evidence-based interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel
• Ability to adapt to a temporary role with flexibility and professionalism
