Work Schedule
Full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000

Compensation:$50,000 - $60,000 base salary
Responsibilities:- Coordinate listings and transaction processes
- Support leadership and agents with daily operations
- Manage client outreach, mailers, and engagement programs
- Plan and run events, vendors, and logistics
- Ensure efficient CRM, systems, and internal workflows
- Assist with marketing, website, and social media
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Able to multitask across different functions
- Clear communicator with a client-first approach
- Comfortable with tech and learning new tools
- Growth-driven with long-term mindset
- Strong organization and time management skills
