About the Role:
The HERO FOH position at Hero Doughnuts Trussville is essential for delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the smooth operation of the front-of-house area. This role involves engaging with customers, taking orders, and providing information about our menu offerings, all while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The HERO FOH will also be responsible for managing the cash register, processing transactions accurately, and handling customer inquiries with professionalism. Additionally, this position requires collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and product availability. Ultimately, the HERO FOH plays a crucial role in fostering customer loyalty and enhancing the overall brand reputation of Hero Doughnuts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a food service environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash register operations, including handling cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and product availability.
Skills:
Strong communication skills are essential for the HERO FOH role, as they enable effective interaction with customers and team members. Attention to detail is crucial when taking orders and processing transactions to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
