Dispatcher / Mail Clerk / Data Entry (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate dispatch schedules for packages, mail, or company materials
- Track and confirm deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Sort, scan, and record incoming and outgoing mail electronically
- Maintain digital and physical mail logs and records
- Enter, update, and verify data in company systems or spreadsheets
- Communicate with vendors, couriers, and internal departments to resolve delivery or data issues
- Prepare and generate daily or weekly reports as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive company information
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in dispatching, mailroom operations, or data entry (remote experience a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and remote workstation setup
