The Coley Agency, a fast-growing, award-winning Allstate agency with over 30 years of combined insurance experience , is searching for a Licensed Sales Producer who isn’t satisfied with “just a paycheck.”

We need someone who wants more than a base salary —someone who works to earn big commission checks and celebrates every win.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads to uncover customer needs

• Build relationships and provide customized Allstate solutions for Auto, Home, Life, and more

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while delivering excellent customer service

• Turn every call into an opportunity to protect what matters most for our clients

What We’re Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty license (Life/Health a plus)

• Strong phone presence with a natural ability to connect and close

• Passion for sales and a drive to crush goals and out-earn your base salary

• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a love for a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
