Paul Davis Restoration of Huntsville i s part of a national franchise organization that provides services to repair damage and cleanup to institutional, commercial and residential properties due to fire, water, mold, storm or other disasters. Responsibilities :

· Manager team both on and offsite facilities

· Visit clients to provide scope and estimate of project

· Ability to effectively communicate with insurance providers, vendors, and homeowner

· Maintain file notes for all customer communication

· Make routine calls to customers to assure they are pleased with job progress and to answer any questions

· Review and manage master job schedule to assure that all projects are being addressed appropriately

· Make sure that all jobs are started and completed in a timely, yet efficient manner

· Managing inventory

· Must be willing to work with others

· Must maintain professionalism and a positive attitude

Preferred Experience:

· 3-5 year of Content Experiences/Management desired.

· Project Management Experience a plus.

Qualifications Required:

· Inspect residential and commercial property from top to bottom

· Must pass a background check and drug screening

· Must have good driving record

· Must be motivated and hardworking

Job Type: Full-time

• Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Bonus pay based on experience
