**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by performing security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns.
+ Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
+ Communicate with site personnel and visitors in a professional manner to support a secure environment within the chemical and petrochemical setting.
+ Remain alert to changing conditions in the location and respond appropriately to security-related needs or emergencies.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
