What You'll Do:

Receive comprehensive training on a range of insurance and membership products to confidently assist customers.
Provide exceptional service in person and over the phone, handling inquiries about insurance policies, billing, membership services, and additional offerings such as passport photos and trip planning.
Support sales agents and team members with administrative tasks while developing insurance leads.
Help meet individual and team cross-selling goals by identifying customer needs and offering relevant solutions.
Work within our branch office hours: Monday-Friday (9 AM - 5 PM) and Saturday (10 AM - 2 PM). We are closed on Sundays and most holidays.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in customer service or sales (insurance, retail, banking, or similar industries preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to adapt to change and meet deadlines.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work Saturdays and occasional overtime as needed.
Local travel may be required for training or business needs.

What You'll Need to Qualify:

High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License (we can help you get there!)
