And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** This position is responsible for providing project support, insights, and analytics for implementation and management of product and program solutions. - Working collaboratively with team members to support various initiatives and capabilities. - Collaborate with functions across the enterprise to identify needs, solve problems, develop new solutions, and improve products, processes, and services. - Be able to build relationships with internal colleagues and external customers, focusing on enhancing departmental outcomes. - Perform project management functions including planning, organizing, and directing work. - Provide end-to-end project management support for evaluating and operationalizing new products, initiatives, and solutions ensuring their successful implementation and delivery. - Assess products and benefits to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements. - Provide product-related support to constituents - Help identify potential solutions and offer recommendations to solve business problems - Streamlining processes and operational workflows within the product delivery and evaluation lifecycle, contributing to increased efficiency and effectiveness. - Effective communication and presentation skills, conveying information clearly to diverse audiences within department - Create documentation, develop collateral, and author PowerPoint presentations. Assist with development of reference and/or training materials **Required Qualifications** + 5 to 7 years of experience working in health care benefits product plan design, or related field. + Experience identifying opportunities and developing solutions for business problems. + Stakeholder Management- experience interpreting data to tell a story or answer questions. + Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with demonstrated understanding of technology and how it can be applied to solve **Preferred Qualifications** + 2 to 4 years of experience working in dental plans and development + Project management experience **Education** bachelor's degree preferred or relevant professional qualification. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
