Genesis is hiring Carpenter Foreman
We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate a team of employees performing production, repair, and material-handling operations. This role ensures all work meets company standards for quality, safety, cost efficiency, and schedule adherence. The supervisor will oversee craft hourly employees and report directly to the Superintendent.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards
- Maintain production schedules and workflow
- Lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment
- Oversee marine insulation removal and installation projects
- Support marine joiner work as needed
- Complete and review daily electronic time entries
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience with marine insulation (removal and installation)
- Experience in marine joiner work
- Basic computer skills, including electronic timekeeping
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Solid understanding of safety practices and quality standards in marine repair
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overtime and weekends as required
Compensation
- $31.25 – $34.00/hour (DOE)
- Final pay rate determined after evaluation and interview
