AirRepair, a fast-growing local HVAC service company in Huntsville, is looking for an Operations , Facilities & Fleet Maintenance Associate to help keep our HVAC service operations running smoothly.

This role is ideal for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining equipment, vehicles, and facilities — and enjoys a hands-on, local job with a trusted hometown company.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the company’s facilities and grounds to ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Perform regular maintenance and basic repairs on company vehicles.
• Manage inventory and stock HVAC parts and supplies in the shop.
• Deliver parts and materials to job sites across the Huntsville area.
• Assist with general shop organization and upkeep.
• Support the service team with logistical and operational needs as required.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and proof of auto insurance.
• Prior experience maintaining vehicles (basic mechanical knowledge preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in warehouse and outdoor environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Local to the Huntsville area — all work is local to AirRepair’s Governors Drive location and surrounding communities.
