About Job:

Need a Product Analyst who has experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) and gas operations and/or utility operations.

If you're a proactive problem-solver with strong experience in managing product backlogs and working in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to make an immediate impact.

We re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of product delivery, and is ready to make an immediate impact. You ll be responsible for managing the product backlog, ensuring development processes are followed, and collaborating with external vendors to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business goals

Collaborate with vendor development teams to ensure adherence to Agile practices and delivery standards

Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria

Monitor progress and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery

Use Azure DevOps to manage workflows, track development, and report on key metrics

Partner with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with execution

Minimum Qualifications

Strong experience with Azure DevOps in a product or business analyst capacity

Demonstrated ability to lead backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Self-starter with a bias for action and ability to work independently

Comfortable working in a hybrid vendor-client development environment
