Position Overview
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Manage guest registration for playground entry, birthday parties, workshops, and events.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information about services, packages, and schedules.
- Handle reservations, event bookings, and process payments through the POS system.
- Maintain accurate records of guest registrations, attendance, and transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments (kitchen, art, event staff) to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Keep reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and report preparation.
- Address guest inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and POS systems.
- Friendly, professional, and reliable.
