Entry Level Manufacturing Lead

**Description:** Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an **Entry Level Manufacturing Lead** to join our team in **Courtland, AL** \! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Overall leadership of the Vehicle Integration Team - Provides status of the vehicle, leads planning meetings, seeks inputs from team members and drives "scrubbing" of the plan -Seeks technical guidance from the team and leads decision process - Drives reviews / refinement of the schedule - Continually performs contingency planning; seeking more advice/guidance - Ensures all team members are on the same page \(communicate\) - Takes earned value, reports status **Basic Qualifications:** - Experience in a manufacturing environment - Understanding of lean manufacturing - Ability to obtain a Secret clearance **Desired Skills:** - Experience in High Rate Production Manufacturing - Strong Verbal and Written Skills - Strong Problem Solving Skills - Excellent Interpersonal Skill - Experience building and executing to a schedule **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
