** The Role **
As a Project Manager, you will own the success of multiple remodeling and new construction projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee job planning, material management, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to our high standards of craftsmanship and service.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires accountability, sharp problem-solving, and the ability to keep both clients and crews moving in the right direction. You’ll work closely with our owner, designer, and foreman to execute projects with excellence while helping us build the systems and culture of a company on the rise.

** Key Responsibilities **

* Manage multiple active projects simultaneously (kitchen/bath remodels, full-home renovations, and new builds).
* Lead day-to-day jobsite oversight, scheduling, and problem-solving.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and internal crews to ensure smooth workflow.
* Maintain accurate project budgets, job costing, and timelines.
* Handle material acquisition, orders, and delivery coordination.
* Serve as the primary client contact for updates, questions, and walk-throughs.
* Ensure work is performed to code, safely, and with Little Southern’s high-quality standards.
* Document progress through daily logs, photos, and cost tracking.
* Identify issues early, implement solutions, and maintain accountability with all parties involved.
* Contribute ideas and energy toward building scalable systems as the company grows.

** Requirements **

* Proven experience managing construction or remodeling projects (3+ years preferred).
* Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, codes, and trades.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and scopes of work.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills—must be confident with both clients and crews.
* Strong financial and scheduling discipline; able to manage costs and deadlines.
* Competency with project management software (JobTread, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar).
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
* Ability to lead by example with integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
* Spanish fluency is a plus (many of our crews are bilingual).
* Must be motivated, driven, and ready to grow with a fast-paced company.
