About the Role
As a Receptionist (Weekends) , you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients, families, and visitors, and directing them to various areas of the facility
Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
Handling patient scheduling and registration
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Collaborating with healthcare staff to resolve patient concerns and issues
Requirements
0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (entry-level candidates welcome)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work weekends and flexible scheduling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
