Dogwood is a fast-growing marketing agency based in Pike Road, Alabama. Were looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

As a Graphic Designer at Dogwood, youll work under the direction of our Creative Director to deliver high-quality designs for both print and digital platforms. From branding and campaigns to social media graphics and promotional materials, youll bring ideas to life that connect with audiences and reflect our clients vision.

Were looking for someone who thrives under deadlines, communicates clearly, and enjoys working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

• Create compelling graphics for digital, social media, and print campaigns
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and other team members to develop cohesive designs
• Translate client needs and feedback into effective visual solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Contribute ideas to long-term creative campaigns and brand strategies

Required Qualifications

• Prefer 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proven ability to design consistently and creatively
• Excellent time managementnever misses a deadline
• Professional demeanor with strong character and a positive attitude
• Clean, professional public-facing social media presence
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, open team environment
