Traffic and Roadway Design Program Manager

Do you thrive on guiding transportation projects, balancing technical rigor with stakeholder needs, and keeping scope and budget on track? Are you comfortable switching from CADD reviews to client briefings and internal coordination—then steering the team to the finish line?
What you’ll do
- Own project delivery in a consulting setting, coordinating teams and clients
- Apply traffic engineering principles—or roadway design knowledge—to solve real‑world transportation challenges
- Use CADD tools to develop and check plan sets and other deliverables
- Control project scope and financials, reporting progress and variances
- Communicate clearly and often with staff, clients, and partners
- Lead efforts that culminate in successful, on‑time, on‑budget completion
What you’ll need
- Project management experience in a consulting firm
- Experience with traffic engineering concepts or roadway design
- CADD experience
- Demonstrated budget and scope management
- Excellent English communication skills—written and oral
- Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
