Event Marketing & Sales Associate

Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup and distribution of promotional materials
- Collaborate with Account and Campaign Managers to strategize marketing and advertising initiatives
- Represent the brand as a front-line ambassador between consumers and clients
- Train and mentor promotional staff for assigned campaigns
- Manage event promotions and marketing strategies in alignment with leadership
- Consistently represent the brand in a positive, professional light
- Drive sales through engaging retail promotional campaigns
Requirements:
- Must be located in the Montgomery area or willing to commute for training
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Full-time availability (summer positions available for students)
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be enthusiastic, with the ability to balance fun with professionalism
