Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and distribution of promotional materials
• Collaborate with Account and Campaign Managers to strategize marketing and advertising initiatives
• Represent the brand as a front-line ambassador between consumers and clients
• Train and mentor promotional staff for assigned campaigns
• Manage event promotions and marketing strategies in alignment with leadership
• Consistently represent the brand in a positive, professional light
• Drive sales through engaging retail promotional campaigns

Requirements:

• Must be located in the Montgomery area or willing to commute for training
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Full-time availability (summer positions available for students)
• Reliable transportation is required
• Must be enthusiastic, with the ability to balance fun with professionalism
