Experienced master technicians earn base + commission, resulting in earnings of $66,000 to $102,000 per year , depending on skills and experience. We also have an hourly pay schedule that rewards successful mastery of new appliance types with increased hourly pay. The typical work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm , plus we don't work weekends! Our team also enjoys great benefits , including a 401(k) plan with a $1 for $1 match up to 6% of salary, group health insurance plan, a monthly stipend that can be used towards life and disability insurance, benefits marketplace with company contributions, Christmas savings program, monthly bonuses, and an extensive training program. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As an Appliance Service Technician, you visit our clients' homes and effectively troubleshoot, service, and repair their appliances. You provide our clients with top-notch customer service and operate in a timely manner. You also explain the proper operation and maintenance of newly installed equipment. After the job is completed, you fill out the required documentation, including recommendations, repairs, readings, and observations. You love meeting new people and that no two days are the same! • Current valid Alabama driver's license and good driving record
• Physically able to move appliances and lift up to 75 lbs
• Willingness to travel for training and some service
• Familiarity with smartphones/tablets/computers
