We are seeking a dependable and organized Scheduling Coordinator to support daily operations through effective calendar management, appointment coordination, and client communication. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying organized, managing schedules, and providing exceptional customer service in a professional environment.
The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating appointments, confirming reservations, maintaining accurate scheduling records, responding to inquiries, and ensuring all calendar updates are completed in a timely manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Successful candidates will be comfortable working independently, utilizing online scheduling tools, email, and other digital communication platforms. The ability to remain organized, meet deadlines, and provide prompt responses to clients and team members is essential. Previous experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, hospitality, or office support is preferred but not required.
This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work remotely. Training and ongoing support are provided to help team members succeed and grow within the role.
