We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer & Licensed Sales Agent Trainee to join our dynamic insurance sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in generating leads and supporting our licensed agents while actively training to become a Licensed Sales Producer.

This position offers a clear path for growth. Upon successfully obtaining an insurance license, you will transition into a Licensed Sales Producer role, where you will directly sell insurance products, manage client relationships, and earn commissions. Outbound Prospecting: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, engaging them in conversations to identify their insurance needs and build interest in our services.

Lead Qualification: Effectively communicate the value of our insurance products and persuade prospects to agree to receive a personalized insurance quote.

Call Transfers: Connect qualified prospects with licensed insurance agents for further consultation and quoting, ensuring a seamless handoff.

Learning & Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs to gain in-depth knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and industry regulations.

Licensing Preparation: Actively study and prepare for state insurance licensing exams, with guidance and support from the company, to transition into a Licensed Sales Producer role.

CRM Management: Document all interactions with prospects in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with licensed agents and sales managers to refine skills, share feedback, and contribute to team goals.

Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.

Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.

Willingness to learn about insurance products, sales processes, and state licensing requirements.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software or the ability to learn quickly.

Previous telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
