Administrative Assistant/ Clerks
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as document preparation and report generation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Provide assistance to other staff members as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative functions.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
