Test Manager
We have an outstanding Contract position for a Test Manager to join a leading Company located in the Huntsville, AL surrounding area.
**US Citizenshipis required.**
**Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.**
Job Responsibilities:
- Helps lead the team in developing hardware-in-the-loop test system designs, working from concepts created by our industry partners and maturing them tomanufacturable solutions that aredelivered on time.
- Must be able to manage a team of engineers and technicians engineering electrical interconnects for the hardware-in-the-loop design system while providing clear direction, coaching, and mentoring under the direction of the chief engineers and program management team.
- Creates and sustains a positive collaborative environment where designs are properly reviewed, status is maintained, and designs meet requirements for both performance and schedule.
- Work will be done in both anoffice environmentanda lab environment, with some lab work beingperformed in a closed space.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Build test systems previously.
- AGILE/Scrum.
- JIRA.
- Hardware-in-the-loop.
- Components Testing.
- Leading technical teams.
