Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an elementary school setting in Tallassee, AL, for the uping school year. This contract position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational experiences by providing expert behavioral analysis and intervention strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve positive outes
• Train and support school personnel in behavior management techniques
• Maintain thorough documentation and ply with all relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification
