About The Role

Position Summary:
The Business Operations Strategist drives strategy and planning to align operations with organizational or customer goals. This role analyzes industry trends, identifies opportunities for improvement, and develops actionable plans, including forecasting, budgets, and resource allocations, to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies that support organizational or customer goals.

• Analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and operational priorities.

• Create plans for product/service improvements and operational efficiency.

• Develop forecasting models, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Provide insights to guide long-term business planning.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Education: BS/BA degree OR 4 years of relevant experience without a degree.

• TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a poly.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities.

SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $39,000 - $62,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
