Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent intervention delivery
• Provide training and support for school staff on behavior management strategies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) goals related to behavior

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Behavior Specialist or similar credentials in behavior analysis
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working in a school setting with children requiring behavioral support
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies to meet student needs
