Plumbing Superintendent – Dothan, AL
We are seeking a high-level Plumbing Superintendent to lead our field operations on commercial and large-scale residential projects in the Dothan area.
Core Requirements:
- Licensing: Active Alabama Plumber License is required.
- Leadership: 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role (Foreman or Superintendent level).
- Technical: Deep knowledge of the 2021 International Plumbing Code (standard for 2026 AL exams) and ability to read blueprints/MEP drawings.
- Safety: OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage field crews to ensure 100% code compliance.
- Maintain "3-week look-ahead" schedules to prevent material or labor delays.
- Act as the primary point of contact for General Contractors and Inspectors.
- Conduct daily jobsite safety briefings and quality control walks.
