Role Summary:

The Field Marketing Representative is the face of Bumble Roofing of Birmingham in the community. This is a high-energy, people-facing role centered on knocking on doors in high-end residential neighborhoods, starting genuine conversations with homeowners, and scheduling roofing consultations for our sales team. You will play a direct role in growing the business and earning uncapped commissions based on your results.

This role is ideal for someone young, driven, and confident who would prefer being out in the field rather than behind a desk. Schedules are flexible, we can work with other jobs or full time students!

Key Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods throughout Greater Birmingham, introducing Bumble Roofing of Birmingham to homeowners in a friendly and professional manner.

• Identify homes with potential roofing needs, including storm damage, aging roofs, missing shingles, or visible wear.

• Engage homeowners in genuine, consultative conversations about the value of a free professional roofing inspection.

• Schedule confirmed appointments between interested homeowners and a Bumble Roofing sales representative.

• Ensure homeowner availability and presence at all scheduled appointments — only confirmed, attended appointments qualify for commission.

• Represent the Bumble Roofing brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm at all times.

• Track daily canvassing activity including doors knocked, conversations held, and appointments booked.

• Submit accurate daily and weekly activity reports to the Supervisor.

• Accurately record all hours worked using the Company’s designated timekeeping system.

• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
