About the Role
C&D Home Solutions is looking for a skilled Painter to join our growing team in Hoover, AL! Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer
- Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior walls, windows, doors, siding
- Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking tape, and coverings
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and client satisfaction
- Maintain and clean tools, brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members on job sites
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential or commercial painting preferred
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and painting best practices
- Ability to work with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Hoover, AL
- Professional, dependable, and customer-friendly attitude
