What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing the accounting staff
• Overseeing treasury management and cash strategy
• Managing financial reporting, month/year-end close, projections, and WIP/% completion
• Handling insurance administration and bonding relationships
• Managing banking relationships and supporting limited borrowing activity
• Facilitating audits and liaising with external CPA partners
• Providing hands‑on support to the Controller and operational accounting team

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• CPA Required
• 15+ years of experience
• Must have construction accounting experience
• Proven Leadership experience
• Deep understanding of construction accounting, including WIP/% completion
• Experience in treasury management
• Ability to represent the organization professionally with banks, insurers, legal, and consultants
• Experience reporting directly to ownership
• Ability to navigate a direct, candid work environment with confidence and thick skin
