Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Technicianto join our industrial team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a couple of years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance who are looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift: Monthly Rotation – 3 Shifts

• Schedule:Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Contract Type: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire
• Pay Rate: $25–$27/hour
• Overtime: High potential for OT

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine mechanical maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving minor electrical issues
• Support preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist technicians as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical and light electrical)
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, and pneumatics
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures and general safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed
