What You'll Do
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food prep from open to close
- Manage, train, and schedule kitchen staff to meet service demands
- Ensure all food meets quality, temperature, and safety standards
- Control food costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to drive smooth service
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years as Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in high-volume settings
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP principles
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse kitchen team
- Experience managing P&L, ordering, and food cost percentages
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills under pressure
