SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager will translate strategic direction from the Executive Leadership Team into actionable marketing programs, oversee day-to-day marketing operations, and lead an experienced marketing team responsible for executing campaigns across multiple channels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Lead and manage an experienced marketing team responsible for executing marketing initiatives
● Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages creativity and accountability
● Conduct team check-ins, project reviews, and performance feedback
● Coordinate marketing initiatives across the organization
● Assign projects and manage timelines across team members and vendors
● Maintain processes and workflows that allow the marketing team to operate effectively
● Track campaign performance and marketing activity using HubSpot
● Monitor and analyze marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and key metrics
● Prepare marketing performance reports for leadership
● Oversee initiatives across email, digital advertising, events, social media, website updates, and collateral
● Guide creative campaign thinking across the marketing team
● Collaborate closely with the sales team to support pipeline development
● Help develop marketing materials that support sales outreach
QUALIFICATIONS:
● 5+ years of professional marketing experience
● 2+ years of marketing team leadership or management experience
● Experience executing multi-channel marketing programs
● Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot for campaign management, marketing analytics, and MQL tracking
● Experience analyzing marketing performance data and tracking MQL metrics
● Strong organizational and project management skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Experience marketing to government agencies or public safety organizations
● Conference or event marketing experience
● Experience in B2B environments with longer sales cycles
● Experience supporting sales pipeline development through marketing initiatives
