Within the Rehabilitation service line, the Physical Therapy Director will lead a high-performing physiotherapy program across inpatient and outpatient settings, where the team culture reflects a tight knit community. As the Rehabilitation Director, you will elevate interdisciplinary mobility programs, coordinate with orthopedics, neurology, cardiopulmonary, and surgical services, and ensure seamless transitions of care that put patients and families at the center.

The Physical Therapy Director will report to a senior operational leader (such as a VP of Ancillary or Rehabilitation Services) with strong partnerships across nursing leadership and the medical staff, while receiving robust administrative, analytics, and educator support to drive outcomes. As the Rehabilitation Director, responsibilities will span strategic planning, budget stewardship, staffing and scheduling, accreditation and compliance, evidence-based protocol adoption, throughput optimization, program development (prehab, post-acute pathways, fall prevention, early mobility), and talent development through hiring, and coaching, while surrounded by friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team that includes physicians, APPs, case management, pharmacy, respiratory therapy, social work, and more.
